I eat at least a 1/2 of one ever...I love avocados! I eat at least a 1/2 of one every day. Most days, I put half of it in a smoothie for a creamy consistency. It also helps me with leg cramps.<br /><br />Another decadent way is sliced with sesame oil drizzled over it.
