I do think that (in al...Thank you for the feedback! I do think that (in all changes) baby steps are crucial to being successful. So often people have an all or nothing attitude, but by allowing yourself to only make small changes and have some set backs, you get rid of the sense of failure if you don't meet your expectations for massive change.
